WE will LISTEN, Receive, Revive + Reset, + most importantly REST.

Join me for a rich + peace-filled retreat! Unlike my previous retreats I am offering an inner adventure in a more communal, community setting. It has many of the same components like Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra + dharma, however this one is coupled with SoulCollage®{an image driven practice of connection to inner wisdom} wisdom discussions + inquiry, all housed + shared together in beautiful modern barn...think summer camp meets comfy cozy + that’s the vibe.

The Live from Love Center is located in the beautiful BoothBay Harbor area of Mid-Coast ME quite close to the quaint village of Darmscotta. Friendly people, beautiful + unique lakes + rocky peninsulas, long inlets from the sea - it’s a fascinating landscape. The air feels fresh, the vibe is so ME made! You can simply escape to our spot or you can meander a bit, there’s good water if you have a kayak + the weather cooperates. There’s a small infra-red sauna, hot tub, and fire pit for relaxing even more.

SoulCollage® is a wonderful process practice that encourages an exceptional experience of getting out of the conceptual and into embodied wisdom. Through a method, divined Seena Frost some 30+ years ago, of using visual material, images and assembly we, almost magically connect with aspects of ourselves that often carry great wisdom yet are hidden from view.
