First Degree / Level One Reiki Training introduces the student to the subtle practice of energy healing and the unique advent of that through Reiki. It is a hands-on practice, embodied, experiential + intuitive at once. These two days include an historical overview of Reiki, and understanding of the energy centers of the body, the classic hand positions, and hands-on-practice. Anyone so inclined may learn how to give a Reiki treatment for yourself, a friend - both animal + human benefit.

The felt sense of being, energy fields - inner & outer, and the deeper knowing fueled by them, this is a wisdom realm! Connecting with + opening into the subtle fields of the energy body brings deep relaxation, enhances natural healing, repair/restore responses + resets the relationship with our innate, albeit unique, capacities on all levels.
